Rancho Guadalupe is proud to be affiliated with Point Sal Packing, Inc. Point Sal is responsible for the harvest and transportation of our produce from the field to the cooler. They consistently ensure that only the highest quality produce is harvested and gets to the cooler in the optimal amount of time to prolong freshness.
With the ever growing need for farm labor and the expansions of Rancho Guadalupe Point Sal Packing was established in 2015. Point Sal Packing was chosen as a tribute to the agricultural history of the Santa Maria Valley just as Rancho Guadalupe was chosen as a tribute to the history of California.
Currently Point Sal operates harvest crews in the following commodities: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Iceberg Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, and Strawberries.
